Our house is located at the edge of the village Stefansdorf with its 400 inhabitants. The distant view is unique.

It is located 2 km above the city of Brunico and 1 km next to the valley station of the famous ski and hiking area "Kronplatz", the number 1 ski mountain in South Tyrol. The ski bus stop is only a few steps away from the house. The sports zone in "Reischach", as well as the wellness and adventure pool Cron4 can be reached within a few minutes walking distance. Our guests receive a reduced entrance fee for the open-air and indoor swimming pool, the sauna and wellness area.

Stefansdorf is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, bicycle tours and day trips. Centrally located in the Pustertal valley, you can quickly reach the Gadertal valley with the beautiful Dolomites, the Tauferer Ahrntal valley, as well as the Hoch- and Unterpustertal valley.

TOP LOCATION

2 km above the city of Bruneck, our house is located about 1 km next to the valley station of the cable cars of the ski and hiking mountain Kronplatz.

Ideal starting point for bicycle tours, whether downhill or leisurely tours with sights and small towns along the way.

We have three apartments of approx. 45 m2 each - living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, one bedroom, kitchenette, shower and WC and spacious balcony.

Summer

The Pustertal Valley offers many different leisure activities in summer. Whether hiking, cycling, climbing, swimming ... there is something for everyone. Visit for example the Kneipp parcour in Stefansdorf, the Pragser Wildsee, the Drei Zinnen in the Sesto Dolomites, the Gönneralm with the Rammelstein, the Waterfalls in Rein in Taufers or take a bicycle tour to Lienz in East Tyrol (Austria). We are sure that you will have wonderful experiences here in the Pustertal.

Winter

In winter, of course, South Tyrol's No. 1 ski mountain, the Kronplatz, is the biggest attraction, with the most modern lift facilities and over 90 km of perfectly groomed slopes. A ski bus takes you to the valley station wich is located only 1 km from our house. The ski bus stop is only a few steps away from the house.

See & Experience

Beautiful walking and hiking trails start directly in front of the house. To the east you can reach the golf course in 10 minutes by foot. Directly behind it you will find the swimming and wellness center Cron4: Reduced admission to open-air and indoor swimming pool, sauna and wellness area. If you walk in the evening towards west you can experience the sunset behind the Michelsburg Castle.
